Brand Design Ltd. retains the copyright to all custom code written for a client. However, once all invoices are settled, we guarantee a license for you to use the software for your own entity. Codes can be fully transferred for an additional fee, provided they are never resold or duplicated.

Digital Marketing and Strategy packages require a minimum 6-month commitment. Our Basic Annual Maintenance packages are for a minimum of 12 months, payable monthly. After the initial period, you can cancel at any time with one month's written notice via email.

If you cancel your order in writing before work has started, we offer a 75% refund of your initial payment. If work has already commenced, the maximum refund is 50%. We do not offer refunds if a project is canceled when more than 50% of the work is already completed. All cancellations must be received in writing.
